Terms of use

These terms apply when you download or play Liquid Worlds ("the game"), made by Second Team ("we", "us") in Toronto, Canada. By playing, you agree to them.

Using the game

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game on devices you own or control, for your own enjoyment. Please do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or modify the game, or use it to break the law.

Purchases

Premium is a one-time purchase handled by Google Play. Payments, refunds and billing questions follow Google Play's policies. Premium is linked to your Google account and can be restored on another device signed in to the same account.

Ads

The free version shows optional rewarded videos and some ads between levels, provided by Google AdMob. How ads use data is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop parts of the game. We will try to give notice of big changes on this website.

No warranty

The game is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will be free of bugs or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Second Team is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
